A Little About ParsonsParsons Kansas is located in the northern part of Labette County. It is the most populous city of Labette County, and it is the second most populous city in the southeastern region of Kansas. In 2006 Downtown Parsons was awarded the Great American Main Street Award for its successful efforts in revitalizing its downtown area through historic preservation. Parsons was one of only five cities receiving the 2006 award.
